公元前的苹果September 20 FICO9月18号 在家把所有四本书啃了一遍,直到晚上2点过才大工告成, 睡下去的时候脑子里都还是cost center + internal order,估计睡着的时候也大概3点过半了.
9月19号 6:45起床,刷牙,洗脸,溜小黑,早餐,出门, 9点过进考场发现自己的位置被安排在讲台上... 到底是让我考试还是监考啊.
花了将近100分钟,很仔细的把题目做完,再检查一遍,交卷 --- 还得赶回公司午饭+上班.
得了83%,过了. 想必很多人就早早做好了题目,在犹豫要不要交,因为点了离开考试后马上可以看到成绩, 我起身离开时,边上一位兄弟想必也受到鼓舞,交卷-也过了.呵呵,同喜同喜.
FI是我的强项,所以也没仔细看书,几个单元成绩还不错,FI master拿了91%;CO我比较弱,考试前重点抱佛脚对象,总算还过得去,都在80%左右.
Schedule Mgt & Solution Mgt 我没啥概念,课也翘了,基本是凭感觉做题,没想到这2个加起来,总共大概占了10%还多,结果我这2个一个60%多,一个50%多.幸好不是要每个section都要70%,哈哈!
回到办公室正好遇到老板,告诉老板说刚刚早上考过,老板说了句"哇,这下成正规军了!",接着说"不要就出去做顾问了哦..." :-) 只要不要因为没考过,让我自己出钱就好!
接下来呢? PP, MM, BW我都蛮有兴趣的， 哈哈一个个来吧.

March 10 SalzburgSalzburg is Mozart's hometown, and is also the place where "The sound of music" is taken.
Today it becomes one of the famous travel places in Austria. But which moved me is not the wonderful sights here, but the trust of people.
Before the travelling I found there is a nice B&B hotel there, which is owner by a couple. I booked with a simple email with the gentle confirmation reply, no credit card needed, no passport information either. Due to the late of train I was around 3 hours later then the estimated time of arrival, there is one gentleman waiting there and told me, " You must be xxx, because only xxx not come yet." And then he lead me to the room and guided me a little, and finally said "good night and see you at tomorrow's breakfast!"
Till now, no passport and no credit needed...
What I can say regarding this?
the trust between the landlord and the guest,
the trust between local and tourist,
the trust between people and people, what we lost here for a long time.
Trip in EuropeHaven't updated my blog for a long time,
The time when I feel boring is always the time when I'm taking business trip, and it's the time to write a bit.
I remember during my childhood when people asked me where you like most? "switzerland", this is always my answer, but the reason I don't remember any more, because quite a lot of people say it's quite beautiful, a kind of place of fairy tale, or maybe my father was there before and told me it's a clean, friendly, incredible state.
When I grow, I start to like Austria, which is also a very beatiful country, snow mountains, peaceful rivers, friendly citizens...
Innsbruck is one of the beautiful cities in this country, and is my first step.
October 22 Lesson From Presentation
Several days ago got an opportunity to do a 20 mins presentation to a SVP, and actually I did quite a lot of preparations, even made the whole session right reaching 20 mins. But the presentation is really tough and I'm stuck in the questions raised by him, basically I always say welcome the challenges during my presentation, but not this time, since It's to SVP, it's show time… Finally it's done, what I remember is my argument for convincing him, which is failed, and the suggestions from him. My expectation is to sell the idea/solution to him, but failed. Quite disappointed, I'm not sure if I use the right words to argue, and whether it is appropriate.
Friday I got chance to talk with another VP, who reports to that SVP. And the feedback is, SVP said "He is quite a technical person". I know it is really a bad feedback, meaning I didn't make the presentation clear, not make it simple, not make it understandable for business person.
I would really appreciate the VP, because he asked me to present the same stuff to him again, and pointed out the confusing parts. I'm quite surprised, that the managers are really careful when they reading the presentation. And the lesson I learned here is to make it as simple as possible in stead of complex when selling the idea, after achievement you can then make it as complex as you like.
Finally I look back to the slides and the funny words from my chemistry teacher in the high school crossed my mind suddenly, "农只能港被听得懂额宁听，听吾懂额宁是一诶啊听吾懂!"

办公室里已经空荡荡了，同事们都早早的回家享受周末去了，我呢还赖在这里，只是觉得天还很亮，也许是条件反射的缘故，总觉得应该到了天色暗淡一些的时候才是下班的时候，可是窗外仍然是阳光明媚。
也曾比较过这里的同事开着公司供养的车，穿梭在被大自然环抱的公路中上下班，而我们需要挤着热火朝天的地铁赶时间。昨天老板在给我解释什么叫fairway，然后问我“你打高尔夫么”，我差点说哪有人挤地铁上班还打高尔夫的啊。。。
也罢，后天耳边又将从宁静回到嘈杂，身边又将从绿树回到高楼，但是那是我们的家。
July 03 GlobalizationBefore working on my PPT, just took a look at the blog of my classmates, who are living in US; the blog of my previous colleague, who is engaged in projects at Beijing; and also the person who is overtime in Shanghai.
Which makes me think of one fasion word, Globalization or one popular book, The world is flat. Globalization makes people know how important foreign languages are, so that people go abroad for studying and language training also increasing significantly in China. Why? Since people should be ready for the strategy.
Several days ago, I made toll free call of AT&T, I do think the operator is from India, or actually the phone has been transfered to call center in India via network. Because I heard of a little Indian accent (BTW I do definitely speak Chinglish with Shanghai accent) and he called me "Sir". Indian people like to calling you as "Sir", which also made me used to say a lot of "Sir" ... .. .
Globalization brings many business and employment in India and China, in contrast my finding here is Europeans are quite afraid of this, as the unemployment is increasing and they have to be more competitive. But we Chinese, Indians do have more competitive labor cost, :) So beyond cost, what is the value of us in the future?
Anyway, just let's look forward to the day, when we do also be scared of globalization, since that's the day China becomes developed country. March 23 圈子圈套很久没更新这里了，趁着周末，随便留点东西。
最近拜读了王强写的《圈子圈套》，感触颇深，虽然我所从事的角色一直不像Sales那样奔波在战场的第一线，但也着实能感觉到IT这个战场的烽烟，也经历了打单过程中那种彷徨、紧张、期盼、以及得胜后的那种成就感。相信整个过程中Sales们的那种感觉至少10倍于我的那些感受。
想象现在针对欧美客户以及一些MNCs的竞标过程，

到底是国内太复杂了，还是国外太简单了，有时候简单的连打单也Offshore了。
引用书中洪钧的一句话，“其实啊，我们这些中国人之所以到外国的软件公司工作，就是去教外国人应该怎么样在中国做软件，要不然老外们不懂啊。”又或许这里的“做软件”有着“卖软件”的意思呢。
突然想起<大话西游>里的一句话，"以前我是用肉眼去看这个世界，在那一刹那，我开始用心眼去看世界，并且发掘看得是前所未有的清晰..."，相信作者也让读者有了一种新的方式去了解这个市场，受益匪浅啊。
最后要向以前和我一起奋战过的伟大的Sales们说一句：“你们辛苦了！”
October 31 Never Give Up2006,
A very great number, in this year Michael Shumacher got retired from his great F1 career.
A few years ago started to watch F1, and begin to like F1 even I haven't driver license now.
I am not sure I like F1 because of Michael or like Michael since I like F1.
Shumacher is the king in the F1 world, which makes many citizen like him and respect him.
But one match, which Shumacher lost, made me begin to like him.
It's a few years ago, he won the pole position, but one accident made him can not start the his racing car after the green lights. He got the penalty that to start at the last place again. It's nightmare to every one, but he still tried to pursue the front cars. Finally he won the second place.
It happened again in the final F1 match of this year in Brazil. The fans, including me hope he would make us surprise. The accident of the tire made him into the trouble again. But he didn't give up meanwhile every one was upset. After exceeded 12 cars, he left his realm.
Like him,
like his spirit,
like "never give up".
As all of us will encounter trouble any time.

Trip makes me love China much more. April 17 Monkey in CageBoth the MSN messenger and web msn messenger are blocked in my company.
The windows in the office have also been locked because of ensuring security, which I call it Bull Shit 7799(BS7799).
Now I seems a monkey in the cage without connection with outside.
But any way, it helps to save me much time so that I can concentrate on doing a huge of e-learnings in the intranet.

\In 2005 I traveled to too much cities so that I can't remember the accurate number.
After more and more presentations for the customers, I found I changed a lot, I didn't consider
the problem in technical way any more, but much more focus on domain and business. I speak much more slowly than before, like a old man. But any way I still look like a college student.
Sudden I found the time is not enough for me, I realized that I am doing what I am interested in and I cognized what I need.
2006 coming, it's time to have some plans and try to realize them.
So much need to learn and to improve.
Domain Knowledge, English, Software engineering, Technical skills, PMP, CPA/ACCA ... ...
And to marry my lover.
December 17 一次人生的旅途整整一个多礼拜的旅途，一次人生的旅途，
回来的时候，一切都变了。
嗓子哑了、头晕得要命，只想快点躺下。
一路上感受到了求职者、招聘者的心态，
人生中又何尝不是存在着这样等待别人命运安排的时候。
一路上看到了很多世间的丑态，
这次回来，心里空空的，有点失落，
在这样一个寒冷的冬天，觉得很冷、很冷。
November 18 城市想来这几年也跑了很多城市，趁着记忆犹存的时候决定写点东西。:)
巴中
可能很多人都没有听说过这个地方，一个城镇人口40万，乡镇人口260万的小区，为什么会把它列在第一个呢？他是我到过的交通最不方便的地方，没有机场、没有火车、也没有高速，完全是一路坐车走着颠簸的路到达的，整整12个小时。
它让我知道原来真的有地方打车花2~3元可以到城里的任何一个地方；
这里没有被KFC,Mcdonalds所覆盖，全城唯一有一家德克士；
在这里没能找到有买冷饮的冰柜；
这里的电影院票价是5元一场；
这里租100多平米的房子的租金是3000，但是是一年；
这里的狗狗几乎全都一个样，
只是这里还是可以看到Benz 和 BMW。
成都
由于工作的原因，出差来来回回也去了很多次，除去家乡，成都是我待过时间最长的日子了，熟悉这里的很多角落。
喜欢祖母厨房里的西餐，特别是他的浓汤。
喜欢欧洲房子的典雅，虽然里面可以看到有人打牌。
喜欢老树咖啡里的Spaghetti,又便宜又好吃，至少合我的胃口。
最喜欢的还是良木缘的情调和环境，对比一下这里的Starbucks，大家喝咖啡就像早晨喝豆浆一样。
上海的忙碌、成都的休闲。
这里茶楼多、浴足城多、还有就是奥托多。
留给我印象最深的还是这里小区/商场的保安，大多20来岁，各个健壮，早上可以看到他们打拳，我所在的小区每隔一段时间会换一批保安，来确保业主的安全，晚上经常可以看到保安在小区巡逻，看看业主的车是否锁好。一次有2人翻墙入小区，不久就被7名保安团团围住，后来知道那2人只是进小区来看一部Porsche。对比一下上海的保安，大多40出头、挺着啤酒肚抽着烟看着报，想起<天下无贼>里的台词“开好车就一定是好人么？”
俗话说，少不入川，我入了；
盼望着下次再去的时候，再到大世界边上的宾诺喝一杯咖啡，怀旧一下。
杭州
从小到大，杭州应该算是我去过次数最多的城市了。
城中的湖让这座城市有了灵性，也正是因为这样，当你走在西湖边上的时候你会发觉周围的很多人说的是上海话，那些从钢筋水泥中逃出来的人们只能在这里小歇一下。
推荐大家一个地方，北山路上的欧陆咖啡，欧式的装修，带一点古典和柔和，找一个靠窗的位置可以俯瞰西湖，这里很清静，躺在软软的沙发上，会让你非常的Comfortable。
重庆
我国的直辖市之一，不过很多朋友还总以为重庆是四川的。
这是一座山城，
所以城市的道路就成了山路，弯弯扭扭，高高低低，
这里的司机却是在转弯的时候保持80码以上的车速，着实让人佩服；
因为依山而建，所以他不能像平原那么无限延伸，
到处可见高耸的大楼，构成了层次感极强的脉络，你在楼底，却也是高于其他高楼的楼顶，
拥挤的空间容不下更多的树木，楼顶花园也就这么产生了；
吊脚楼是这里的一大特色，就像挂在山岩上的小庙，给人一种古老和神秘的色彩；
还有跨过长江的索道，扮演着交通工具以及旅游点的双重角色；
最后是这里的夜景，当地人为之自豪的夜景，
它和外滩的那种繁华不同，不像外滩那么绚丽，那么张扬，
它有着层次感，配上宽阔而平静的江景，给你一种含蓄、平静而又大气的美。
青岛
距离上海不远，坐飞机50分钟不到就能到了，
记得一次是早上从上海出发去青岛，晚上就返回了，就像平时上班一样。
一座很美丽的海滨旅游城市，依山靠海，灵气十足，
在城中不乏现代化的城市结构，高楼耸立，车水马龙；
很多海景房沿着宽阔的海岸线而建，在老城区，绿树丛荫，
一幢幢老别墅让人垂涎，据说很多老干部都住在这里；
特别值得一提的是这里的青岛啤酒，在此之前我从来都不觉得啤酒有什么好喝的，苦苦的，
青岛的青岛啤酒让我从此喜欢上了啤酒，虽然酒量还是很差 :-)

November 07 TripI can't remember how many times I have traveled to other cities, but actually now my boarding passes can compose at least one pack of cards. I still remember how excited and nervous when I took the first business trip some years ago. Many people think I'm lucky and happy because of visiting many places. Yes, at first you found yourself lucky, but after frequent and long duration trip, you will probably be tired of that. And unfortunately I find my Shanghainess spoken is getting worse.
IT = Incessant Trip October 13 Black CoffeeWhen some difficult work troubled me I 'd like to make a cup of coffee with sugars before.
The coffee, but I think just the feeling of the tasting coffee may bring me some good idea and creative thinking.
But now it changed, some weeks ago when I wanted to make a cup of coffee , I found the sugars have run out. Obviously I have to try the coffee without any sugars. Fortunately the taste is really fantastic and after that attempt I began to love black coffee.
So sometimes try may bring us some change.
